Summer Season Charities
QC Netball Association proudly supports the following charities for our Summer Season. In lieu of trophies, weekly winning teams select a token for a charity and donations are made at the end of the season.
The Leukaemia Foundation stands with Australia to help cure and conquer every blood cancer with care.
It supports patients and families impacted by all blood cancers, funds research, and advocates for better treatments and cures for blood cancers.

Orange Sky supports people experiencing homelessness or hardship through access to free laundry and shower services, as well the opportunity for regular connection.
We provide a supportive, welcoming and inclusive space for anyone experiencing loneliness or disconnection from the community, with a focus on improving hygiene, health and quality of life.

Sporting Wheelies offers a range of programs and services to support people with disability to stay active and healthy and stay connected with others.
We support people to achieve their goals, including:
- increasing their mobility and independence
- improving their health
- participating in sport, recreation and leisure activities
- pursuing professional sport on a national and international level
- connecting with their community
- and advocating for a more inclusive society
We are only able to offer our programs and services because of the generous support of our community. We continue to be amazed of the depth of support for Sporting Wheelies over the last 45 years from all sectors of the community.
From January 2024, Sporting Wheelies has become part of the Spinal Life Australia family, a strong, vibrant not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting people with disability live more equitable, accessible and empowered lives. Together, with community support, we can achieve greater positive impacts for people with a disability.
